Who we are
International Sporting Properties LLC (“ISP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company and a real estate marketing firm for rural and sporting estates around the world. ISP is represented in Bozeman, Houston, and Maine in the United States, as well as in London, Buenos Aires, and Pretoria. ISP is the controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
When you visit our website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data, including your IP address, browser and device information, and request metadata, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
When you submit an enquiry. Depending on the form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, role (buyer, owner, member of the press, or other), interests, budget range, the location of any estate you wish to sell, and your message.
During our relationship. We may also keep notes from a qualification call and, before we disclose confidential estate information, bank-certified proof of funds.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential. Cloudflare sets a security cookie to protect the website against bots, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against spam.
- Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without cookies. Google Analytics and HubSpot measure how the website is used, and HubSpot associates visits with enquiries in our records.
- Advertising. Google and Meta tags measure and personalize our campaigns.
- Embedded video. Estate films are hosted on YouTube and embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you play a film, YouTube may store cookies or similar technologies on your device and collect information, such as your IP address, device information, and viewing activity, which Google processes under its Privacy Policy.
We use nonessential cookies only with your consent. For analytics and advertising, we obtain it through a consent tool on the website, and you may change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. For embedded video, pressing play is your consent, and you may delete cookies set by YouTube through your browser settings.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- present estates that match your requirements;
- verify that a buyer is qualified before disclosing confidential information;
- arrange visits you request;
- market an estate you have asked us to present;
- send you occasional email updates about estates and ISP, which you may stop at any time through the unsubscribe link in each message;
- measure and improve the website and our campaigns, with your consent; and
- comply with legal obligations and secure the website and our business.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the need to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, compliance with our legal obligations, and, for nonessential cookies and advertising, your consent.
Disclosure of personal information
- Within ISP. Team members access personal information as needed to assist you.
- With estate owners. We share personal information with an estate’s owner when you ask to visit that estate.
- With service providers. Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and HubSpot process personal information on our behalf under data processing agreements. Forms are submitted to HubSpot, where we keep our enquiry records, and enquiries also reach us by email through Google Workspace.
- With advertising and analytics partners. Google and Meta receive data through their advertising and analytics tags only with your consent and process it under their own terms.
- As required by law. We disclose personal information where required by law or legal process.
We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Our team in the United States, the United Kingdom, Argentina, and South Africa may handle enquiries, and our service providers operate in several countries. Your personal information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required by law, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses in our providers’ data processing agreements.
Retention
We retain enquiry information while your enquiry or our relationship with you remains active, and we delete or anonymize it within three years of our last contact, unless the law requires longer retention. We retain proof of funds for no more than twelve months after receipt. Cookies persist for the periods specified in the consent tool and in each provider’s policy.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- obtain its rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to its processing, including for direct marketing;
- obtain a portable copy of it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing; and
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Children and changes
The website is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may amend this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above indicates the effective date of the current version.
