Our Perspective

International Sporting Properties is built on a clear foundation: decades of combined experience in large rural and sporting properties, agricultural and livestock production, and the outdoor tourism sector.

This background gives us a direct and practical understanding of these properties. We know how they function, what makes them sustainable, and what matters both to those who operate them and to those who acquire them as an investment, as a productive asset, for wealth preservation, or for personal use and lifestyle. This complete perspective, both operational and commercial, is what defines our approach.

Over the years, this combined experience has translated into strong relationships and an international network built on credibility and consistency. That foundation shapes how we select properties and the circles in which we present them.

International Sporting Properties was created to bring together firsthand knowledge and global reach, aligning each asset with the right context and the right buyer.

Expertise to know.

  • Read as a working estate. Agribusiness, outdoor tourism, and real estate read together, so an estate is understood in all its dimensions.
  • Presented to its standard. A crew on the estate itself, to the standard of the great sporting journals.

Access to deliver.

  • Introduced in person. Each estate is brought to buyers through direct relationships built over many years of personal dealings.
  • Opened by qualification. No one opens the data room before a call, bank-certified proof of funds, and a signed NDA.

On Presentation

This kind of estate has few buyers anywhere, and almost none nearby. Broad marketing suits a house. For an estate, it reaches thousands who cannot buy it. That is not the work. The work is precision: the estate, whole, in front of the few who can understand it.

Presentation makes an estate understood by someone who has never been there: its scale, its workings, its season. A buyer’s decision to cross an ocean rests on it. For an owner, it is the first time the estate speaks for itself to a stranger.

Hence the film, the book, and the presentation in person: things kept and returned to, not a listing scrolled past with a thumb. One measure: the estate is shown to the standard of the care that made it, and no further than the owner chooses.

One question governs every decision: Does this present the estate better and place it before the right buyer? If not, it is not done.
