African Sovereign Reserve
Southern Africa
Hunting · Luxury
With the freehold of African Sovereign Reserve comes a long-term hunting concession of more than a million hectares, among the largest in Africa. The freehold itself exceeds 10,000 hectares in Southern Africa and has more than 10 kilometers of frontage on a major river.
The concession holds elephant, leopard, and plains game, and the river brings fishing to the reserve itself. The flagship lodge, a collection of suites, is built for privacy and discretion, and a riverside tented camp, private residences, staff accommodation, and an airstrip complete the improvements.
The reserve suits private use, long-term stewardship, or a carefully run hospitality operation. Its precise location and full documentation are released to qualified buyers under a confidentiality agreement.
What makes this a great rural estate
African Sovereign Reserve combines freehold land on a major river, a long-term hunting concession of vast extent, and a flagship lodge built for privacy.
